Looks like a Ludwig to me.

Yep, a Ludwig snare drum. The Super Classic to be exact...and in a very desirable finish of WMP! This snare was also known as the Buddy Rich Super Classic. The shell is 5.5x14. You've got a wonderful snare drum! Are the original snare wires on the drum? If so, treat them like gold, as they are next to impossible to find!

I'm still waiting to hear from the seller but they're asking $150 for the set

Go ahead and get that. You'd be getting a snare drum 1/2-1/3 if it's value and the rest of the drums would be free essentially.

Grab it! The snare alone could be worth $400-500 depending upon condition.

Yep! That's what it looks like to me.

Don't you hate the waiting for reply on a CL ad?

Happened to me once....2 days! The guy finally gets back to me with "Sorry, sold". I guess so!

Good Luck!

Yep, the wait game sucks. The longer the wait, the less likely for success.
