What is it made of? Have you considered trying to heliarc weld it and grinding/polishing/re-chroming that part you have? It looks like you have both pieces there...

Just a thought...

It appears to be made of pot metal. I don't think I can weld that, right? Not even sure if I would trust JB Weld, either.

OOhh. Pot metal- yuck.

I assumed it was cast iron, given the age. Also not fun to weld, but possible for a competent welder... (I am not the guy to weld that)

maybe try to find a pic of a complete unbroken mount like you need. the pic isnt giving me a good idea of exactly which mount that you are looking for.

side note-nice ink! got some this week myself...

J!m...if it were cast iron, I would probably not be in this predicament to begin with.

Mike...I'll get a better pic in a bit...but this is the piece that mounts to the hoop and then the other pieces mount to this.

Oh yeah...forgot about the ink line. I have both arms covered as well as my chest and upper back. It's been about 10 years in the making.

I believe I have one of these. It's a 2-hole mount that attaches to the tom, correct? I'll look through my parts.

Damn...I stopped counting my tats a long time ago. That's cool, man...and you're right...no one can take 'em away.
