I used to have all mine set up a long time ago. I finally just had to stack them. This is one wall. there's another 2 walls and a closet full

I have seven full sets, several extra snare drums, many cymbals in cymbal bags, and five large plastic tubs with pedals, stands, accessories, etc. on chrome plated metal racks. Three complete four piece or five piece sets can comfortably fit on each rack.

A couple of the Ikea cabinets that have been discussed here on VDF. They work well except that I cannot get the door closed when I put my Supra in one so it's not shown. There is now an Acrolite (with a Hal Blaine signed head) on the bottom shelf where the pedals were.

I like your idea. What size are those racks? What size are the shelves?

I don't think I would have enough room for all my 20 kits. I have all my cymbals in garage and stands. Here's another thread related to this one. http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=29329&highlight=cymbals several rack ideas in it.
