Every couple years, my wife and I drive to New Brunswick, Canada to visit relatives. Several years ago, we were driving down a little country road along the St Johns River and accidentally stumbled upon the Sabian plant (Actually, it's just three, unassuming red buildings that could pass as farm storage). Since discovering this place, I've tried to visit it on every trip. We were fortunate to get a tour of all the operations in all buildings, and they allowed me to photograph almost every operation. In the small barn-like buildings across the street from the main office and warehouse, we saw the first stages of cymbal production:
