I think that might be the tip of Ploughman's drumberg - and BTW - he is one of the heavy Roger's hitters on here - extremely knowledgeable. ....and BTW - no implication (Heavy)-unless it implies a compliment - then yes, implication intended!

Hey Jack, you have any MIJs? (other than your R380 snare)

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

My rule of thumb is that at least one or two more kits than I have at any time is probably too many!! :-)

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

You can have all the kits in the world but it won't make you a better player! You'll still sound like you.

Don't get me wrong, I still cant play for ****, but I look good at it.

Multiple sets lead to multiple snare drums...... this is an older pic. 31 here. Some of those are gone away, and some more joined. I count 38 drums this morning.

I do have an MIJ set of majestic drums. They have mixed lugs. 12-14- and I am not sure.... I think 20 BD. They are at the place where I used to practice. Its been over a year since we practiced. My work schedule this past year was beyond torture. Now that's over. But still we aren't doing anything till after the new year.
