How much is my Premier drumset worth? Last viewed: 11 hours ago

Hi, I've have acquired these premier drums from a friend and would like to identify them and get an estimate on how much there worth.

I've narrowed the age down to between 1968-1981 according to the badges.

Here are pics of the set

Badge between 1968 and 1971

Here are all the sizes and parts number from each drum

13" High Tom part # 3749

14" Low Tom part # 4183

16" Floor Tom part # 4225

22" Bass Drum part # 13599

14" Snare Drum part # 15544

I still have all the original heads and all the hardware is original.

The drums heads were Everplay Extra Plus

Part # U.K. 870040

Part # U.S. 26415

I believe the drumset could be a '6000' series powerhouse premier but I really don't know.

I would appreciate if we could estimate how much its worth and what actuall type of premier set it is.

Thank You

David

David the snare drum was one of the flowbeam snare drum strainer system 2000 series, the two big holes on the side of the drum is where it went thur the shell, it was in the late 70's early 80's for this drums time period, if memory serves me correct!

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

There's one on ebay in better condition than this one that's at about 250 with less than a day. Another one went for well under 500 fairly recently. This kit is after 75...my guess, well after. It's a nice kit. It's one of my favorite shell blends from Premier. I don't know what these are worth. Good luck if you're attempting to sell it. If it was a couple of months from now, I would be bidding on the one from ebay. Good shells.
