I haven't contributed in awhile, shame on me. I am currently strapped for expendable income, but VDF is my favorite hang-out and I have a lot of good friends here. As soon as I'm able to, I'll send Tommy & Dave a donation to help keep this great meeting place open.

PS - Tom: You don't have to be a member of Paypal to make a contribution online. Every time I make a donation to VDF, I use the, 'Make a one-time payment' feature. I dropped out of Paypal awhile ago, but all my donations to VDF have gone through just fine. Use the one-time payment feature and your credit/debit card. Easy, quick. J

Maybe we could run a once-a-month ruffle or auction where all the proceeds would go to VDF? Id be more than happy to contribute with items to be auctioned. (This along with my humble cash contribution I try to do as often as I can)...That would be fun!

I think you meant raffle it can't be done. we've already gone down that road here and it's been discussed before, you can dig up the old thread about trying a raffle, No just send your donation to the forum thanks anyway.

paypal and raffles don't go together. paypal frowns on it. its a great idea. they just won't allow it...

Hey ladies, gentleman and drummers :) I appreciate the support... I have been working behind the scenes. TP is handling the stuff you see and I handle the stuff you do not.

I'm working on a proposal to upgrade this place to the newest software and find the right programmer that can handle the changes. It will require special programming, since it is not a standard migration.

I will keep you all posted.

David you and Tommy both work tirelessly so we the VDF can have our drum fellowship geekness! That is why I'm gonna continue to hound the non paying segment of this forum.

I regret that I am one of the non-contributing slackers. Personal finances are not what they once were...and operating a house on my income is Mind Blowi.

There will come a day where I will donate...it is coming soon.
