Very cool.
I've also been on the hunt for an early imperial lugged drum. I just bought one right before Christmas but mine has a brass shell and looks to date from 1934-35.
My muffler is also missing the felt. Do you know the proper thickness for a replacement piece?
Thanks for the comments fellas!! I definitely will enjoy this drum...
K.O. - I`m not sure what the thickness of a replacement felt should be...Maybe someone will chime in with that info...
USPS tracking is stating it will be delivered tomorrow, but, I have my doubts with the nasty snow storm in the area...Fingers crossed...

Still no snare yet...It has been delayed probably due to the storm...

Thanks guys!! I`m like a kid waiting for Christmas morning to arrive...The snare is being shipped today and should be here Monday or Tuesday...We are suppose to get a bad winter storm in the next day or so, which could delay it some...After detailing, I will post more pics and put a pic in our Gallery as well...I forgot to mention in my OP that it also comes with the original bake-lite case as well...Cheers
I have the exact same drum but mine has some quirks that I would like to compare/discuss with you when you post photos...

I think I received the snare a day or two after my last post...That was around the time of the server change, so I didn`t update the thread...
Anyways, here are some more pics...I haven`t had time yet to detail it (working out of town)...When I do get it all cleaned up, I will post a pic in our Gallery...
Cheers
