Looks right to me. I have a '69 Ludwig floor tom with the same legs.

'Ludwig' in script writing should be on the front face of the leg mount. If it doesn't say, 'Ludwig' (in 'script' if it's a keystone kit,) then it's a MIJ part.

I know the brackets are wrong, since they are stamped 'Made in Japan'. Just need to know about the legs.

they look like ludwig to me too. I don't think any of the MIJ drums used that strait knurling and had the gentle tapered tops.
