My drummer friend's mom learned paradiddles when she was in her sixties and now plays them in the nursing home in her mid eighties to pass the time.
She's way cool.

Wow, Kev,They still make these. My Mom about 15 years ago got me one for Christmas.it still works today..Just a side note to all of you who still have their Mom's Love them everyday because when they are gone you will miss them so.I should know this my Mom when to Heaven almost 3 years ago.I still miss her so....Mikey

Make sure you know where the on/off bass pedal needs to be to turn off the alarm. Had to put mine up out of the way since most everyone who sees it plays with the pedal. More than once it went off in the middle of the night = LOUDLY AND GIVING HEART ATTACK TESTS each time.
