it looks likes the star drum I have, same lugs same finish, is it painted grey inside?

I have a MIJ Lido Supreme 8x12 tom with what looks to be that very same finish.

Get it get it get it! That looks like the Rocket snare I have. Either way you don't see that finish often and for $20, that to me is a steal. Has those Gretsch style lugs on it.
