One of many inexpensive lines offered by Pearl in the 60s/70s. Far inferior in every way to any US made drums(wood, wrap, hardware etc.) Not sure when those drums were made but you can post on the non USA forum and one of our MIJ experts can give you the history. If you're looking for a beginner/starter set, I think the price is right. Also, not sure if they are considered collectable to the MIJ cats. Good Luck.
