I don't know much about Leedy metal drums and I would like to know what model this is and what I should pay for it in very good condition. The only photo I came across on the vintage snare identification section was one with NO info next to it. Thanks in advance.

Looks like it to me....look at the bottom rim (to the left of the strainer, but it could be reversed to butt plate side)...there should be a Broadway Standard stamp...?

Unfortunately I don't have the drum in my possession yet. Here is a few more shots. Can you give me a ballpark figure of what I should offer the seller. It looks complete with the exception of a few tension screws.
Thanks
Maybe an Elite model that was stripped of it's black nickle finish? The rims, lugs and strainer look like a nobby gold finish. Mikes the expert on those drums though.

It looks like the shell is that Colonial Gold finish so that drum might be a Colonial Model (I forgot if that's the true name)... I am currently away from my Leedy catalogs but there is a member here named Rich Kalinsky, he'll know the exact name if you want a quick answer. What's the seller asking?

Present and accounted for. I've recently moved, so I don't have my Leedy catalogs handy. Yeah, that's a mid-late '20s Professional in that colonial or whatever they called it.
I'd grab it for whatever you can get it for if the drum has no issues. Offer the guy $400 and go from there. I've only seen a few in over 20 years of collecting Leedys.

Ok, thats a start. It is missing a few T rods but I think thats about it. Thanks guys. I'll give an update once I see it in an hour.
I took a chance and bought the drum. Everything is there minus two T's. I was told that modern T's fit before I bought it, but obviously they don't so it might be a while before I get to hear this drum.
I would love more info on it. I can't find much at all outside of what MiKe and Rich have stated.
Is the finish "Colonial gold" for sure? I don't want to clean it yet because I don't want to chance damaging it. Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks
I don't know about cleaning it, but you can probably get some reproduction tension rods made.
Good luck.
Stephen
Yes, possibly. I just need the specs.... 10/24 threading?
I'm amazed at how little info exists out there on this drum. The one photo that I found on this forum has no information next to it.....I don't see any catalogs that I can reference either.
