Is this a real Ludwig 3 ply 13" tom? Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Hi Guys,

I bought a few different "Ludwig' 3 ply shells a while ago including this one.

It had a premier tom mount and no extra holes where a Ludwig mount would have fitted. It's a re-wrap and the lugs were there along with a damaged b/o badge. Do you think it's a real Ludwig?

It certainly looks to be Ludwig.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

The main reason I was unsure was that there were no drill holes for a Ludwig tom mount - only the Premier. There's an indentation from what looks like a filled hole for a damper so I guess the original Ludwig holes could have been filled too?

I've found the original tom mount holes so all seems good.
