Is this a Rogers Tall Boy Hoop? Last viewed: 9 hours ago

Got a pair of these off a 16 inch custom floor tom at a garage sale last week. The hardware on the tom was 60's Ludwig Classic and hoops that appear to my eyes to be tall boy Rogers. It measures 1 and 5/16ths and they are C.O.S.

Any Rogers experts verify that this is a Tall boy hoop?
