It is for a 18 bass drum, don't really know if jimmy pratt mufflers of bigger bass drums (20 or 22") are usable on smaller sizes. please let me know if you have one.

I have a Pratt muffler off of a 22" kicker (that has 9 extra holes). The felt has a couple marks from Mr. Moth, but they may be removed if you cut the felt down to fit your 18. It is all complete.
