Kent Snare - Need Info! Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Loading...

Picked up this little guy today..... sounds absolutely amazing! Any info would be great! From what I can tell, it's probably late 50's early 60's? It's a six lugger, single tension, and seems to be a solid shell? Looks like maple to me, but I could be wrong! Would love to know more about this! It sounds absolutely amazing despite the obvious cosmetic wear. Strainer is aftermarket, but with all the considered I'm very happy about my $60 purchase!

Thanks!

Many thanks for your website. It helped me out a lot in my journey into Kent drums.

I'm glad it helped, Manny. There is not a whole lot of Kent information out there but that page contains about everything I know about the brand, which isn't that much.
