Kick pedal with Vintage Ludwig bass drum? Last viewed: 1 hour ago

How about a vintage Ludwig Ghost Pedal to go with that bass drum? Reply to this post and if you make me an offer I can't refuse the pedal is yours. I've been running out of room for my gear and I need to make room for what is coming up in the future.I'll accept any offer as I'm willingly parting with an Icon in the pedal world? Even though I prefer a Speed King over this pedal.

thanks

Are you able to remove the plate on the Pearl pedal? That might let the footboard hinge a bit more freely and the drum will sit closer to the floor. That's what I did with my old DW5000.

I would make sure the spurs are adjusted properly first, then swap the T rods for long bolts so you have more range on the hoop. As far as pedals go... I would have to say I have tried and/or used most all of them out there (helps to have a good friend at the local music store...) but, the best pedal for me is the Tama Iron Cobra, for all of the adjustments you can make and the speed of these pedals is unmatched. Also the matching 2 leg Tama Iron Cobra Hi-Hat stand as well, has alot of adjustments and with the two legs you have more flexibility as to where you position it. I have used these for years, but still try the new pedals when they come out. They aren't the cheapest pedals to buy, but you get what you paid for. I used these on different makes of bass drums and had haven't any issues. Tried and True!
