I'm trying to fairly price a Classic Ludwig Drumset I bought in 1975 new. It is satin blue in good condition some scratches in the finish

22" bass

14" snare

13" rack tom

16" floor tom x 2

original hardware

I appreciate any help. Thanks!

Based strictly on what I see in the photo's, if you can find the right buyer, you'd probably get around $600-900 for them, including the Supra in the photo.

Drum Kits
1965 Ludwig Clubdate Oyster Blue
1966 Ludwig Clubdate Oyster Black
1969 Ludwig BB Blue Oyster Keystone Clubdate
1971 Ludwig BB Black Oyster
Early 60's Camco Oaklawns Champagne Sparkle

Super 400 small round knob

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

You don't see Blue Silk very often, much less in such good shape. Any way you can post larger pictures?

Sell one of the floor toms separately, of course.

Total I'd go $1,000-$1,200.

Is this the Price is Right? Where's Bob Barker? :)

Easily $1500.00 to $2000.00 I'd think. For a fast sale, maybe a 'bit' (not much) less...

Nice kit.

Bob Barker... LMAO!

That's a beautiful set! Having the rail is awesome in my book as many of those sets back then had double tom mounts. I would like to say $1400-1500 would be a nice price for the right person. For a quick sale I would guess $1100-1200.

In accordance with some of the guys up here, i would say anywhere between $900-$1200..

Simply because Blue Silk is pretty rare these days, and the condition your kit is in would qualify as pretty minty.. A true blue (no pun intended ;) collector would give you at least $1000 for it.. Very nice kit btw !
