LA Gigs?? Last viewed: 42 minutes ago

From al9000

If you feel like doing some playing, there's a blues jam on Saturday in Orange County where a 1964 Ludwig BOP will be supplied.

Full disclosure: Owner of this set got a last-minute gig, so it won't be there.

From bermuda

Playing Keegan's in Torrance (South Bay area of L.A. not too far from the L.A. airport) on Friday night, 7-10pm. I'm sitting in with Choyce, doing classic rock & new wave/alt covers. Friendly bar with food, and my 24/13/18 Keystones make their debut!1434 Marcelina Ave, "Old" TorranceBermuda

And they sounded just great indeed..beautiful kit and tuned to perfection.

Good solid and precise playing.. as well as a nice Guy.

Bermuda ..thanks for spending some time with us last night.

(Finally met up with a forum member). and he knows the land of OZ very well too..

Cheers

Bermuda is THE MAN! Classy and a great player. Oh yeah, he does have some nice old drums too!!

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

Backbeat... 2nd to that..

Gotta say how lucky you guys are ...

Saturday night we watched a show over a nice meal whilst seated about 15 feet away from Pete Erskine doing what he does best...The room would seat no more than 60-70..

We don't get to many opportunities like that in Sydney... it would have been 25rows back in a 1200 seater..

Cheers
