That is a set of Leedy made by Slingerland between the years of 1956 and 1965 when they changed the model to reflect the Slingerland name. As to the stand it very easy to make. Do you have access to metal shop if so I can send you the diagrams on cutting metal for the stand. The rest of the parts you can find in your local Home depot store to build stand.

Here You have cut out of stand plate and wood block Print a bit larger and use as template in making the stand if you have any question feel free to contact me

Do you think this mount is original for the cowbells? Looks like a sling floor tom leg mount..

Yes its an original piece used by Slingerland in that era as cow bell mount

Velatspe,i can`t add anything to what cuquito717 has already said, but just wanted to say, you have very well made timbales there and in a great time period of manufacture.The stands for these are difficult to find so please post pics when you find either an original stand or make one.Would love to see these beauties on a stand,i know how wonderful cuquito717`s are.
