Lets see you keep up with....... Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Short story, my I pod broke so I borrowed my sons before I went to the gym, I'm working out and hearing some music I never heard before, and all of a sudden this song comes on, it was the fastest drums and guitar I ever heard in my 60 years on the planet, the guys voice was like Triumph. so I stop and go out in the hall and see who this band is, they are called Dragon Force, a super metal band from Scottland. I had to look it up on U tube and I thought I would share it. Not everyone will like this, but even at my age, I can appreciate these young guys that can play this fast, I could not keep up for one measure like this, the only problem with this link is they dont show the drummer enough, BUT. so I Looked him up later, his name is David Mcintosh, this is one sick video, if you can handle the whole thing, toward the end the camera guy goes close up on the 2 guitar players, all I can say is buckle up and get ready for a ride.

Brisk, brisk, quick, quick. Schnell, schnell, rapido rapido.

I liked it.

He is doing what young guys can do today.

A friend of mine has a son who plays like this.

Wow these kids are fast.

At least the vocals were melodic and range challenging.

Not the devil roaring scream.

Triumph, they were good. Started out as an ELP soundalike but grew.

Rik Emmet was the voice for Triumph.

Thanks SA

Holy crap!! Super-talented guys, but it got a little maddening trying to wrap my head around all that was going on. I'll take Triumph any day, as they don't sound like they're in such a hurry.

Still have my lp's and CD.

I have to be honest, I've listened to this at least 10 times, and every time I watch it I get goose bumps, just sick what these guys do, did you guys see the close up camera on the guitars>?

Man, I can't even hear that fast anymore, much less play that fast! DOH

Bunch of really talented kids. I'm not crazy about the style of music they play, but I'll be damned if they ain't playing it and playing it well.

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Triumph did re-group last year. Did a small US tour. They still sound great.

This guy is really good thanks for the vid~! Man I remember when metal bands were just starting and some of these kids had rocket speed hands and feet on double bass. I could only dream of playing this well. Ever. LOL. Good stuff.
