So I have had these Slingy 12 and 14 inch P-Stamped toms laying around for a while. They were basically free with a lot of badly re-wrapped Slingerland drums I bought about a year or so ago. They had extra pearl mounts added and boring beat up black re-wraps but they were 3 ply and had decent edges. More recently I picked up an 18 inch 3 ply Slingy Floor Tom wrapped in beat up C.O.W. that came with a Slingy 24 inch kick that I sold to cover the cost of the of the entire purchase. So my goal was to now complete a bop kit to take to an open mic I host weekly and only come out of pocket for the new rims and wrap. And my mission has finally been accomplished!
