Do any of you know where I can get a [COLOR=Red]used[/COLOR] 8" concert tom with the reinforcement hoops inside the shell? Even just a shell would suffice, as long as it is in reasonably good shape.

Found what I am looking for through this company who will make drums to your specifications:
They also sell drum wrap very inexpensively!

I was watching eBay, but nothing Ludwig came up with the reinforcement hoops inside the drum, except for one that the price was $425.00. Precision drum will make me a duplicate 8x5.5 drum for $115.00, and that includes the drum wrap.
