I need a 14" wooden rim 6 lug. Made for Leedy Dreadnought snares and toms.
If you have a 6 lug wooden rim similar to this, I will consider that as well.

Thanks, Twigdrum
i wish i had one for you! but just wanted to chime in that if you're going to be playing the drum, particularly at medium to high tensions, you may want to get a modern hoop. i've got a 15" and i just had to have screws put in to hold it because it kept pulling. not the best design, but super cool drums!
but if it's a collecting thing no worries! would love to see pics when you have it put together!

Thanks Adam,
Are you saying the rim will pull or shift to one side?
This would be good to know since I still plan on using a wooden rim but I may want to modify the rim.
Thanks for your input and ya I'll be posting photos of a bunch of project this winter including this drum. cheers
the way that they are constructed on those drums is actually out of two pieces of wood. am assuming you have the bottom hoop. the higher part of the rim is actually a vertical piece that is glued to the other piece. they may have a couple of screws in there too.
i've had my batter side rim pull apart twice now. so i had my repair guy add some more screws to hold it.
as i said before, if you're not going to put it through any paces, it'll be fine. but mine wasn't being hit particularly hard and it was always tuned quite low.
keep me posted on how you make out!
