What's the model name of 13"×3 1/2" snare?

It has a keystone badge.

Las Vegas or Jazz Combo?

Interesting question.

I looked at the scans of the 1960 catalog and it shows the "Las Vegas" kit as having a 13 X 4 snare drum.

I can't seem to find a scan of a Jazz Combo snare drum, but I was under the impression that it was a 13 X 3.

I'm not sure about a 13 X 3.5.

Stand by, though. Someone here will have the answer for you!

o-lugs,i'm with you the jazz combo is listed as a 3x13" in my 1960 catalog, the las vegas model is listed as a 4x13" there where no 3 1/2x13" listed in my catalog?

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

Yes, I know the both models are 3" and 4" deep.

Did 3.5" deep model exist?

or did Ludwig make slightly deeper or shallower snares?

It doesn't have an inner mute, so my guess is this could be a Jazz Combo model.

I measured a 60's/70's metal shell 13" snare to be exactly 3-1/2". I don't know about the wood, and later vistalite, but I'de be interested to know.
