This kit has rounded edged B/O badges. No riveted wrap. And the toms are standard sized (12X8, 14X14).

Sounds like maybe some 1979 -early 1980 drums.

Are the serials in the range of 175xxxx to 220xxxx ? That would be of approx. 1979-1981 time frame.

So circa 1980 is good guess. Probably just prior to the riveted wrap seams.
