I am working with an independent indoor percussion group this winter. They have limited funds and were donated a set of drums. They are Ludwig Challengers from the 90s I believe. The issue is the one tenor is missing the "upper metal bearing edge" If you have seen these drums you know what part I am talking about. Without it the drum is actually beginning to crush in on itself.
