May i chime in on this, i have a wfl gold painted club date, in the same age span as yoursit consist of a 5x14" jazz festival snare drum (2) 9x13" toms a 16x16 Floor tom and a 14x22" most certainly NOT cataloge pictured, there are those who if it isn't in the catalog then it isn't correct, Please?? club dates where offered in all the size as where the classic series!! the. in thte catalog you will see the optional sizes that were available!! Hey i'm not jumping on you, as i stated there are those who,if that isn't how it's pictured in the catalog??

All true, but from what I've seen (and admittedly I'm no expert), the 12X15" Club Date FT seems to have not been available at all, either as standard equipment or as an option, after around 1963 or so. So as to Christophonic's question about whether a 12X15 would be offered with his later '60s Club Dates, the answer appears to be no. It might work out to be a cool little kit, but AFAIK it wouldn't be a kit that ever existed in nature.

lol you guys :) I think Scott was just saying that after a certain date they weren't offering the 15" FT, and you were showing that at an earlier date, they were. Both proving the same points :) right?

1964 Slingerland Sound King 13/15/22 Ebony Satin Stain (refin.)
1965 Ludwig Downbeat 13/16/20 Turquoise Sparkle (rewrap)
1967 Ludwig Club Date 13/20 w/16" downbeat FT in Blue Oyster Pearl
1979/80 Ludwig Classic 13/14/24 Wine Red
1980 Yamaha Rec. Cust. 12/13/16/22 Cherry Red

...plus an ever-growing snare farm... Luddy/Ayotte/Slinger/Pearl/etc.
