So, I'm keeping tabs on craigslist/ebay for a good deal on a pre serial COB snare drum (early 60s). This guy is selling his for 300-350, but I am unfamiliar with the badge. Does anyone know what year(s) this badge was used?

This is a newer Ludwig brass edition drum. Great drum, but made different than the old cob version. Since it doesn't have those god awful gaskets, it is slightly older, but probably still sometime in the 2000's.

I have one of these drums. That is a secondary badge Ludwig places on the drum.The main badge is a Monroe NC badge
