The color is, I believe, "Empire" Copper Lacquer. It is in the older Ludwig catalogs.

Norm could you tell me which ludwig catalog it's in I have from 1919 to 1980 ludwig catalogs, I can't find it no where!?

I purchased a Club Date kit in this color a few years ago off of this forum. I would have to say that it is probably my favorite finish out of my collection.
