Hi. I'd like to buy Ludwig Down Beat from 60', but I have some questions, does all models from 60's should have "painted white interior" inside? What to look for? Where to look to find something interesting? I'm from Poland so I'm looking mostly on Ebay.

'61-'68 generally have white interiors. Before '61 the interiors are generally mahogany. Late '68 crossing over to clear interiors again.
I Googled the following phrase and got a shell dating history under 'Shell Date Guide - Ludwig':
"when do ludwig shells begin the clear interior"
Hope it helps.
There are Downbest sets listed on eBay. Maybe someone here has one to offer. They were popular during the 60's and not too hard to find.
I have one (planning on keeping). They are cool for jazz or funk. Good luck to you. These are far less common than their larger counterparts. Also, a Clubdate could be an option and will typically be cheaper. A little different but similar setup. And yes, I'd say eBay.
Hi...sent you a PM with 3 sets I have for sale and several Club dates as well.
F.Y.I. - both series of drums use the same shells with different lug configuration, floor tom legs and mounts and the the bass drum uses different spurs but you should consider them as well. I can ship 'em to your door no problem.
