Ludwig Downbeat Snare Lugs Last viewed: 1 hour ago

I just picked up a Ludwig Hobby Outfit with single tension 12x20 BD and 13" jazz combo snare. I'm a Slingerland guy and know very little about Ludwig. As I was removing the heads and inspecting the drums I noticed that there are a couple different lug inserts for the downbeat style lugs and I want to find out which are original and which I need to replace. Can anyone please link me a picture of a complete original downbeat lug so I can compare?

The inserts should be flush w/ the top of the lug. Ludwig 3X13", refinished.

I'm really wanting to know what the bottom of the insert looks like, I have some that are sqare and some that are hexegonal. The hexagonal ones are newer looking and I'm guessing they are replacements, but want to be sure before I start looking.

The originals are square, like the shape of the receptacle hole.
