May, 1941 (inside date stamp 4105). The Badge is usually dated to the 30's.

+1 with tdennis...that stamp of 4105 = May of 1941 and that badge is usually from the 30's. It looks like the pic of the badge is from the bass drum...is there also a stamp on the inside of the bass drum? Does the snare have the same badge?

Ok...so that one is also from 1941. They went to a little bit different badge in the 40's (said Elkhart, Indiana not Chicago), but your drums still have the older badge. Cool drums, by the way...I love ducos!
