I am open to other sizes as well. Marching drums are fine. I wouldn't mind other "wood" cortex finishes.

You're looking for tough sizes. Not many kits around in those sizes unless you put one together yourself from orphans. Best of luck, I hope somebody comes through for you, but you may consider hunting for matching orphans in those sizes separately.

I have tracked down a 14x28 bass drum locally, just waiting on some funds to come through. I am fine with orphans.
