Ludwig rail consolette question Last viewed: 1 day ago

Loading...

What is the difference in rail consolettes on the 60's Ludwigs.

I am wanting to restore a 1964 and it is missing the consolette.

I would like to purchase one and want it to be the right era.

Photos would be nice and any info appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

Welcome Steve. Here's a pic of a 62. The 2nd pic is a 67. I think Ludwig changed to the ratchet type in 66.

On the first one,is there a Ludwig logo on the back of it?

I have one of each style. The older, "telephone dial" style has the older Ludwig script. My ratchet style has the newer modern Ludwig script.

Yes, the first pic has a script logo on the other side. The 67, also has the script logo.
