Hey I just got a 70's 16in Champagne Sparkle Ludwig floor tom with a pointy B/O badge with no serials on the badge, I think I remember a post about this but I can't recall the specifics. Can someone refresh my memory as to why there are no serials on the drum? FYI this is a project, it's painted black and someone wet sanded about of third of it to remove the paint so paint removal and polishing are going to be needed big time. I already did a little of it and it's going to look SWEET!

Also does anyone have a 70's leg bracket, hoop, and some tension rods for this thing, period correct of course.

If I remember it is from late 60's-very early 70's. Basically a transition badge form 60's to 70's.

Thanks...this is good news because the rest of the kit it is going with is a 1970. Ahhh a nice surprise...
