Ludwig Super sensitive snare problem Last viewed: 43 minutes ago

Hello everyone.I am having an issue with my Ludwig 69' Supersensitive snare and hopefully someone can help.I just installed new pure sound snares on it(it had none when I bought it) and now when I play it the strainer keeps popping into the off position.Do I have it set up wrong?Or could it be broken?Nothing seems to be missing.

Hopefully someone can help since the drum sounds great while the snares actually work!

Without photos it's impossible to determine the specific thing that is causing the problem. Take several close-up shots of the drum from the bottom and sides with strainer mechanisms showing please.
