UPDATES: I have an old snare that my brother-inlaw gave me back in the 80's. My research says that it is a 58-59. (It has the Keystone transition badge) It have been in the top of my storage house up until now. If I had known what it was, I'd have removed it years ago. I am a guitarist and post mostly at the Telecaster forum. The TDPRI.... You can check my rep there (guitarzan13) or barnesjc13 on Ebay.
Here is what I know: It is 14" X 10" Gold Sparkle. The shell itself is in great shape for it's age (I think) The shell"s finish is checked and the hardware is slightly corroded. It is missing 8 tension rods and the snare strainer is broken. The lever is snapped off. The hoops are slightly bent also. Felt mute is rotted. It has no heads or snares. Definately a great restoration project!!
