Recently acquired a 70's 24" bass (no tom mount) along with a close to serial number 18" floor tom. What would be needed to complete the kit??? I am guessing a 14" ride, along with a 16" floor, but can not find anthing in configuration as the bass has no tom mount?

The tom's would be 12,13,14,15 mounted toms on two standsor 13,14,15,16,toms on two stands..Or you could go with a 14.16 toms....Mikey

My 24" bass has a tom mount so it's a little different obviously but it came with 13" and 14" toms bass-mounted toms and a 18" floor toms. The prior owner had also purchased 15" and 16" concert toms on a stand and an additional 18" floor tom.

I look at it this way: whatever sizes YOU want. It won't be a matched kit anyway (by serial numbers) so what difference would it make?
