Continuing to go through the lot of hardware I bought this week-end and came across a bag full of these lugs. Any idea of the manufacturer and/or vintage? Thanks in advance for your time and your help!

I think they're Yamaha, from the Tour Custom era...early 80s or so.
They are 80's Yamaha, I believe. I played a Yamaha set in Nashville with those lugs in 1981.
Yes Yamahocky

Yamaha lugs, but they could be anywhere from early 70's to early 80's..
I believe those were called the "tail" or "Headlight" lugs, because someone
thought they resembled headlights from a car.
Big THANKS to 8upwithit,DrumBob, green glass drum and human71 for your time and the information that you provided. I really do appreciate it!Clapping Happy2
The lugs that I got didn't come with any internal springs but, rather, with a metal insert, as seen in the attached pics. Is it safe to assume that no springs were used with these?

That's correct. No springs.

Where is the threaded insert?
That is: the swivel nut with the threads.
The threaded tube that the rod screws into?
Thanks to Mr. Jerry Jenkins
