Does anyone know how rare the maple thermogloss finish is in 3 ply large size shells like Virgin 26"x14" and 15"x12l" or a 16"x16" 18x16
Any advice or info on the artery or availability of these would be greatly appreciated
Basically If I sell these will I be able to find them again easily?

I can't comment on the rarity or value of said drums, but I know if you have a vintage kit of any type and you sell it...the chances of you owning something like it again will be slim.
I just bought a '53 Leedy & Ludwig kit and planned on selling my '57 Slingerland kit to fund this one. Now I'm having a hard time letting go of the Slingy kit because I know I will never own one like it again.

I did sell one in a 18x16" Flr tom to a guy who drove 5hrs round trip to buy at $200

Bop iT / Til U Drop iT.The sizes you're inquiring about are "the Bonham sizes". The 26" bass and 15" tom command a premium because of the Bonham "effect". I don't think it would be very easy to find those two sizes. The 16 and 18 sizes are not as hard to find I think.
