I finally pulled the trigger on a Challenger, been eyeing that car ever since it came out in 08, just bought a 2012 in Header orange, if you hvae seen this rare color, I'm telling you, its unreal. I hope I can get my kit in it, otherwise I'll be looking to downsize to a 20" or ??? bass drum, that is my only concern, wont get the car till next week, so will see. My hope in the front passneger seat for the bass. I love this car so much, I was willling to buy it before I checked out if my kit would fit. dont worry pics soon when I take delivery!!!

Never mind the kit.........it will fit some how....that machine is AWESOME! I want one too...I really dig muscle cars, especially & obviously the old ones. That being said, the job Dodge has done particularly with the Challenger is simply amazing! They truly captured the essence of the original beast.....Mister T

I have liked this car a lot since it came out as well.

I was a bit disappointed by the interior finishes but otherwise, great.

Do post the pics! I am not familiar with the 'Header Orange' color at all.

My favorite old Mopar color is the 1971 'Curious Yellow' which was banned by the US Traffic Safety Commission the same year (and is therefore EXTREMELY rare). In the the sun it is quite literally painful to look atflowers2. I desperately want a 1971 Dodge 340 Demon in this color, black stripe and interior...

I think a 20" kick will fit in the passenger seat. Maybe a 22. Not the trunk...

Congrats on the new wheels. That said, my test drives always include a trip home for drum loading. No fit, no sale. 2006 Toyota Corolla passed that test with flying colors, but it's definitely not as cool as this.

Cool! And those wheels are inspired by the A body rally wheels from the late 60's... They broke a lot and were discontinued quickly and are now worth their weight in gold!

I wouldn't put a kit in that car.....what are you crazy? Maybe if everything will fit in the trunk......hauling gear with a brand new car is asking for scratches and scuffs and even possibly something broken on the interior....all it takes is a quick stop because the idiot in front of you was not paying attention or something.

A truck or SUV with room designed for hauling something would be a different story....that's not at all what we are looking at here.

That's just my $.02

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
