Bought this in the 80s to finish an c. 1959 Anniversary kit that was missing the ride tom. Put black wrap on it, gold flakes then a spray of lacquer (I think).

Comes with one side's worth of lugs and no other hardware. There is no badge.

Inside is nice save for some scratches that look to have been done to remove the badge.

On the homemade finish, the lacquer is wearing away in many places--see photos.

Edges are nice, only a couple of small dents. See pics.
