This is at my local MGR...found very little about Musketeer drums, but the ones I've seen had very, very different badges. Anyone know anything about these? Store wants $250 (no floor tom), and I'm guessing that's probably a little steep, especially if I'd like to clean up and sell. Any thoughts?

Musketeer? Is it another stencil or made by Gretsch/Kent? Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Muskateer was a brand under the Kent drums company. I don't know much but I believe they're equivalent to Kent quality (which was not always consistent). That finish looks really nice though, and i believe muskateer snare drums often came with Kent's "paramount" strainer which was a better effort than their standard one. Good luck!

Those are a far cry from the American made Kent, Paramount, or Musketeer drums of the 60's. That set in the photo is obviously an import set with the Musketeer name attached.
