I'm working on several projects and still need the following items to get them completed. If anyone's got one, several or all of these items I'd love to hear from you via a PM. Thanks!

Here's my current "wish list":

1. One 14" Slingerland Stick-Saver rim for a 1965 snare. I'm not sure if the "correct" rim would be a COB or a COS;

2. One "functioning" (non-jamming or sticking!) period correct Slingerland Rapid strainer for a 1965 Hollywood Ace;

3. One 16" Slingerland Stick-Saver rim;

4. One Rogers clock-face strainer for a Holiday model snare;

5. One set of Rogers' 14" tall hoops for a Holiday model snare;

6. One Ludwig Oyster Blue Pearl in-lay for a 22" bass drum hoop OR the hoop itself with an Oyster Blue in-lay;

7. One Ludwig Oyster Black Pearl in-lay for a 20" bass drum; and

"a partridge in a pear tree!" Excited

My brother bought a BOP inlay from Lawton Drum. The material is somewhat transparent (as original), so when we put it on his hoop, it looked way too dark because of the black underneath. Guess what? it matched his other original hoop!x-mas3

Have you tried the Precision Drum "60s Oyster Black Pearl" for your hoop? It's a much better match to the vintage Ludwig finish than the modern OBP wraps are.

I know drumbuilder.com sells repro stick-saver hoops if you're interested in going that route.
