As most of you know. my dad drove me over to the Niles Slingerland plant in 1970 and bought me my first drum set, it was in MWP and the set up was a 24" bass 2 toms up top 13/14" and 2 floor toms 16/18" this set in itself it a monster, recently I bought 3 concert toms in same wrap (matches perfectly) sizes were 10/12/13". and also a. 12" tom...a month or so ago, someone made a one time post here that wanted to sell a set (turns out they live 20 minutes from me) and was looking for feedback, when I saw the pictures I was amazed. The color and vinatage was the same as mine, set was 2 24" bass drums, toms were 12/13/14/15 on top/ floor toms were 14/16/18/20 (I never saw a 20 before) I went over to look at them, and I bought one 24" bass and the 15" tom......I may sell my 13" concert tom now because It doesn;'t fit into the mix, but hear is what I have now. double bass 2 24" 12/13 on one bass 14 15" on the other and my 16/18 floor toms, off to the left I'll have a 10/12" concert toms...........10 drums...al in MWP..when I get all the heads re done, I'll post pics, if any of you can find me a 6/8" tom.
