My new-old Slingys... Last viewed: 1 hour ago

I had a set like this 40 years ago, bought new. I sold them around 30 years ago and have missed them ever since. I came across these last month in a Sam Ash store and had to have them. I just finished taking them down to the wrap, cleaning, polishing, waxing, and then reassembling and tuning. I'm mighty happy. So, what do you think? I think these are from around '73.

What's NOT to like about those? Your kit just screams "class!" I've got a Slingy WMP kit from 1958 and love everything about it -- the looks and the sound. THANKS for sharing the pics. You really did a great job on those!
