I picked up this acrylic snare at a pawnshop for $40, I figured the tube lugs alone were worth more than that. I don't know who made it, but it sounds great.

Looks like a modern RCI shell/custom made snare drum. The only other thing it could be is maybe a Fibes with no badge????? I vote RCI shell custom made snare.
