It's not a Rogers Swivomatic era piece. Attached are the Swivo era cowbell and wood block mounts. If it is Rogers then it would be stamped Rogers into the metal and have some Rogers wing screws. Could be Grossman Music post CBS(1966) era Duplex mounting hardware for a cowbell-import era.

Perhaps you're correct , but in the past I have had authentic Rogers clamps that were 100% original and not stamped Rogers. I'm not sure that stick tray HiHat clamp is stamped.

Anyway, I'm starting to think its not a Rogers part. Interesting piece with quite a few options for use...

Just also came to me Look in Selmer Speedex Catalog if you can find, They made many Rogers Parts for there speedex line when they owned Rogers. that look alike
